About two months ago I was heading to a park on the Blue Ridge Parkway. My GPS completely failed me, and I lost all cell service. I was lost and never reached my destination. I knew I was in a town called Traphill. Somewhere I had never been before, and probably wasn’t going to return. The very next day I received an email from Kaitlin about her wedding. Strange coincidence, I’d say so. Traphill is a very small town nestled in the Foothills of North Carolina filled with gorgeous farm land. Katelin and Adam will be using his farm for a wedding venue. Speaks Farm will be perfect for an April wedding. Have I mentioned how much I adore private farm weddings?!? I could spend hours on hours looking at the mountains that surround the farm. Kaitlin and Adam laughed and smiled all afternoon as we captured their engagement photos. As the afternoon was coming to an end we went up to the top of a hill. A golden location where every ounce of light will shine down on you. The mountains were blue, then turned pink and purple, right before the sun was completely gone the sky was on fire. Katelin and Adam met years ago, they went separate ways, but were always friends. After one 12 hour long date, they both knew their friendship was much more. I cannot wait to celebrate these two on their farm in April. Congratulations Katelin and Adam!
