Holy moly goodness right here and only the best for my best friend! I’m so happy that I was able to do her engagement session since I will be a bridesmaid when Casey and Charles say I do. Their engagement session was either gonna happen or wasn’t gonna happen. By this I mean were we gonna be able to shoot them in a cotton field? While I’m living three and a half hours away, we scheduled their session on Friday, October 30th. Though a week and half before this the temperatures had lowered and farmers began to harvest the cotton fields in Eastern Carolina. Casey and Charles live in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, either the fields near them were already gone or poor looking. I was very lucky to find a full bloom cotton field closer to Greenville, just hours before shooting. Whewwww what a relief! This session could have not turned out any more perfect. Even the pink tulle skirt arrived in time. It pairs very nicely with the cotton. Oh so happy! Congratulations to Casey and Charles, their upcoming wedding is on October 8, 2016.
